This is the first release in the SAtrancefamily 'Epic Trance' series

'Epic Trance' was established in Dec 2011 with the intention to become THE platform for showcasing the finest up & coming DJ'ing talent Southern Africa has to offer!

The competition will be run every 3 months, winners get an opportunity to play at an official gig, mix an SAtrancefamily 'Epic Trance' Episode and take away some other goodies. After a month of entries from INCREDIBLY talented DJs around South Africa we have finally scored the 20 minute mini-mixes received and we have a winner! 

But first we need to thank each participant for taking the time & effort to put something special together for this SAtrancefamily 'Epic Trance' competition. 

We want to stress that just because you may not have won it certainly doesn't mean you're not a good DJ with great potential, considering how close the final scores were we expect to be seeing and hearing more from each of you that entered, and we hope you'll be entering again in our future 'Epic Trance' competitions. 

So, without further ado we're very excited and proud to announce Tim Lai and Aadil Mayat 'Total Abstraction' as the winners, CONGRATULATIONS guys!
